In the last blog I listed 5 patanjali products that you should buy and now I’m gonna list 5 patanjali products that you should not buy!
DISCLAIMER: If this list includes any product that you like and swear by, please don’t get offended because it is totally based on personal experience!
Let’s get started!!
- DANT KANTI DENTAL CREAM
It doesn’t kill the bad mouth odour completely and doesn’t clean the teeth properly due to which they start to become yellow after few days. It’s not the kind of toothpaste that wakes you up and makes you feel fresh in the morning.
- STRAWBERRY LIP BALM
It’s the only flavour of lip balm they sell but that’s not an issue, the problem is that during summers it melts and turns into a very ‘watery’ and ‘messy’ solution even at the room temperature. Also, it has a strong fragrance which some of you might not like, like me. But during winters it works fine.
This honey tastes exactly like the Dabur one and during winters it segregate to form two separate layers of sugar and yellow honey solution. Also, there was this news that patanjali pours the Dabur honey into their containers and pack them under their own label and sell in the market. Though, I don’t know to what extent it is true!
- DETERGENT POWDER
This detergent is my worst patanjali buy till date because it makes the clothes yellow and leaves some sand-like particles on the washed clothes that can be felt once the clothes are dry. It has ruined a lot of my white clothes!
- SUN SCREEN CREAM
It’s very heavy and oily! It has a boroplus like texture. I don’t know who wants a face full of boroplus on a hot summer day?! It doesn’t control sweat, rather increases it. It makes the face oily to such an extent that it comes off like an eraser/rubber dust if you touch your face. It’s not at all recommended for people who have oily skin because it will make it worse. Use it only if you have ‘ultra’ dry skin!!
So that’s it! Please share your patanjali experiences (good or bad) with me about the above or any other product in the comment section, so that everybody including me gets to know more about patanjali! 🙂
